Metford Community Baptist Church is seeking expressions of interest for an Administration Assistant. The role includes a wide variety of administration tasks and would suit someone who enjoys multitasking, liaising with a variety of people, someone who is warm and approachable, can work both independently and within a team environment and has a high level of organisational skills

Essential Criteria:
 Actively involved in the life of Metford Community Baptist Church
 Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
 Administration skills and/or experience
 Professional phone manner
 Time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
 Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, respond and build rapport across diverse groups
 Ability to work within a team and on their own
 Reliable and dependable
 Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

 Experience with Elvanto
 Experience with IT network administration

This is a temporary part-time, 12-month position, salary package will align with the NSW & ACT Baptist Churches recommendations.
